365 Days of Type
Sabrina Smellko started 365 days of type by challenging herself to create unique designs of each number in 2013. In 2014, she opened the project to contributions and designers reserved and submitted a number which was posted on her blog daily.
I signed up for 365, but it ended up that she needed 364 instead. What originally attracted me to the number was the way all 3 numbers had a curl at the bottom, which could abstractly be represented as a circle. All of the numbers follow similar structure guidelines more than letters, so it only made sense to style the rest of the numbers in the same way.
